Hampton Inns are consistently good. The complimentary breakfast simplifies your morning and gets you off to a good start. I preferentially use them for both work and personal travel. The Hampton in at Shea and Scottsdale is a gem. The location is fabulous. There are two special large second floor rooms that overlook the pool with large living rooms and private balconies. Reserving these rooms are great if you can get them! An added bonus is that each visit adds to your Hilton Honors points which can be used for future stays.
Great for mainly being in Scottsdale area. I’m come for work and this hotel is about 5-10 minutes from the areas I work in. The staff treats me very well Deja is amazing!!!! The maintenance staff and manager A1 excellent and friendly. I’m able to get the same room every time I come. I left an item in the room they held it for me for two weeks untill I came back it’s hard for me to think about staying somewhere else.
We had a problem checking in (due to our travel agent) and the reception staff were very helpful with resolving the issue. Our room is large, clean and comfortable
King one bed. Desk for one person. Not a smart tv unfortunately. Pool only goes like 4ft and gradual so you can’t swim - take laps They could scrub the shower once in a while more and give more than 2 body towels. Service and staff are nice. It’s 112 and ac is struggling and so is the cold water from the bathroom sink
